The Company announces it has granted 100,000 stock options (“Options”) to a consultant of the Company, with each Option exercisable for one common share of the Company at a price of $1.00 until September 30, 2024. 50% of the Options vest six months from the date of grant, and the remaining 50% vest one year from the date of grant.
